Privacy Policy

Short version: GlassDex does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
What the app stores on your device
GlassDex keeps the following information only on your device so the app works offline and remembers your choices:
- Pokémon data and images downloaded from PokeAPI, cached for offline use.
- Your favorites, your team, your quiz statistics and your settings.
None of this leaves your device. Deleting the app removes it all. You can also clear the cache and reset your collections from Settings inside the app.
Network requests
To show Pokémon information the app requests public data from third-party services. These requests contain no personal identifiers beyond what any internet request technically includes (such as your IP address, which those services may log under their own policies):
- PokeAPI for Pokémon data and artwork.
- Pokémon Showdown for Pokémon cries (audio).
- Expo Application Services to check for app updates. This request carries the app version and platform only.
Permissions
GlassDex does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or any other sensitive permission. Haptic feedback and audio playback use no permissions.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
